1. Introduction
Welcome to Neto (the "App" or "Neto App"), a personal finance and wealth tracking app developed by Iván Sevilla Ruano (the "Developer"), Tax ID 06287255K, email: hello@netoapp.es.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Neto, available on the Apple App Store (iOS), on Google Play (Android), at netoapp.es, and any official channel.
By registering or using Neto, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.
2. What the app does
- Manually log and categorise income and expenses (no bank connection).
- Track assets across multiple accounts: cash, crypto, stocks, ETFs, UCITS funds, gold, silver, real estate, vehicles and other physical assets.
- View market prices via CoinGecko (crypto), Marketstack (stocks and ETFs) and Financial Times (funds by ISIN), with Twelve Data and Yahoo Finance as fallback.
- Log buy, sell, transfer, dividend and interest operations.
- Scan receipts to log expenses quickly, on iOS and Android: text recognition runs entirely on your device (Apple Vision on iOS, Google ML Kit on Android) and the image is never sent to any server.
- Auto-log expenses from Apple Pay (Tap to Track).
- Set up recurring income and expenses.
- Create and manage savings goals.
- Track net worth history and portfolio performance.
- Operate in 62 currencies and in 6 languages (Spanish, English, Portuguese (Brazil), French, German and Italian).
3. Account registration
You must create an account using your email address and password to use Neto.
Minimum age
Neto is not intended for users under 16 years of age. By registering, you confirm you are at least 16 years old.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Each account is personal and non-transferable.
- You may request account deletion at any time from within the app or by emailing hello@netoapp.es.

PRO subscriptions are billed through the device's store: the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android), and are subject to the renewal, cancellation and refund policies of the store used. The Developer may modify features or prices with reasonable advance notice.
Free trials and automatic billing
Neto may offer new users a free trial period for PRO features. By activating the trial, you agree that once the free period ends, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan for the selected billing period, charged to the payment method associated with your Apple account (Apple ID) or Google Play, depending on the platform you subscribed on.
Cancellation
To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends via your Apple subscription settings (iOS) or Google Play subscription settings (Android), as applicable. Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.
4b. Right of withdrawal
PRO subscriptions are contracted via the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android), governed by the refund policies of the store used. Under Spanish consumer law (Royal Decree-Law 1/2007, art. 103), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once performance has begun with the user's express consent, which occurs at the moment the subscription is activated. Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple or Google, respectively, through their official process.
5. Acceptable use
- Use the app only for legitimate personal financial management purposes.
- Do not attempt unauthorised access to the service's systems or infrastructure.
- Do not use the app for illegal, fraudulent or rights-infringing activities.
- Do not reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the software.
- Do not introduce malicious content (viruses, malware, harmful scripts).
6. Financial data and market prices
Market price data is sourced from:
- Marketstack, stocks and ETFs.
- Financial Times, fund net asset value (NAV) by ISIN.
- CoinGecko, cryptocurrency prices.
- Twelve Data (WSS Group Inc.), fallback for listed securities and FX rates.
- Yahoo Finance, fallback public reference prices.
These providers only receive the symbol or ISIN of the asset being queried (e.g. "AAPL" or a fund ISIN), no personal user data is transmitted.
- Data is provided "as is" and may contain inaccuracies or delays.
- Prices are indicative only and do not constitute official quotes or buy/sell offers.
7. No financial advice
Neto App is not a financial institution, investment firm or advisory service. All information displayed is for personal management and informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, tax, legal or investment advice. Any financial decision you make is entirely your own responsibility. Always consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.
8. Geographic availability
Neto is available on the Apple App Store (iOS) and on Google Play (Android) in all countries where these stores permit its distribution. The interface is available in 6 languages (Spanish, English, Portuguese (Brazil), French, German and Italian). User financial data is hosted on servers in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany).
9. Intellectual property
All intellectual and industrial property rights in Neto (source code, design, logos, the "Neto" brand, icons, texts, graphics and creative elements) belong to the Developer or to third parties who have authorised their use. Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitation of liability
- The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.
- The Developer is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
- The Developer is not liable for financial losses from decisions made based on app information.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
11. Privacy
Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
12. Termination
- These Terms are effective from account creation and remain in force while your account is active.
- You may stop using the app and request account deletion at any time.
- The Developer may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
13. Changes to these Terms
The Developer may update these Terms to reflect legal or service changes. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts under applicable regulations, without prejudice to consumer rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
