Hosts the netoapp.es website and the @netoapp.es email. - Mobile app backend and database:

3. Scope and purpose
This Legal Notice governs access to and use of netoapp.es and the Neto iOS app (App Store, Bundle ID: com.createinc.e3ed99440d084fe9869c816f65118368), which provides:
- Personal finance management: expense and income logging, categorisation and analysis.
- Wealth tracking: liquid assets, investments (crypto, stocks, ETFs, funds, bonds), physical assets (real estate, gold, silver, vehicles) and debts.
- Indicative market price data for listed assets.
- Savings goals and recurring transaction management.
Access and use constitutes full acceptance of this Legal Notice, the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the website and app — texts, graphics, logos, the "Neto" brand, icons, images, characters, design, source code and software — belong to the Developer or to third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property law.
Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited, except where permitted by law.
5. Third-party market data
Neto App integrates market price data from:
- CoinGecko — cryptocurrency prices.
- Twelve Data (WSS Group Inc.) — stocks, ETFs, UCITS funds and FX rates.
- Yahoo Finance — additional public reference prices.
This data is provided "as is" for indicative purposes only and may contain delays or inaccuracies. The Developer does not guarantee its accuracy or timeliness and accepts no responsibility for consequences arising from its use. For actual market operations, always consult the relevant official market sources.
6. Disclaimer of liability
- How users employ the information provided, or any economic consequences of decisions based on it.
- Inaccuracies or errors in market price data from third-party providers.
- Interruptions to the website or app caused by maintenance or technical incidents.
- Content or services of third-party websites linked from the site or app.
