MSCI World funds and ETFs you can track in Neto
Neto can track 5 ETFs and 2 index funds from this family. You add them by ISIN or by ticker and the app takes care of updating the price and working out how much they weigh in your net worth, alongside your spending and savings. No bank or broker connection.
What the MSCI World is
The MSCI World groups large and mid-cap companies from developed markets. It's the reference index for anyone who wants global exposure without complicating things: a single product holding hundreds of companies across a couple of dozen developed countries.
What to check first
The detail most often missed: the MSCI World does not include emerging markets. No China, no India, no Brazil. If you want that part, you have to add it separately with an emerging-markets product, or move to an index like the FTSE All-World that already covers them.
What the MSCI World line-up looks like
The providers with the biggest presence in the MSCI World within the catalogue are iShares (3), Xtrackers (2), Amundi (1). Almost all of them are accumulating (3 of 7): they reinvest dividends instead of paying them out. By base currency: EUR (6), USD (1). The listed ones trade mostly on Xetra (3), Euronext Ámsterdam (1), London SE (1).

How to track them in Neto
- Open Neto and go to Investments.
- Search for the product by ISIN (funds) or by ticker (ETFs).
- Enter your units and your average purchase price.
- The app updates the price and recalculates your net worth on its own.
Everything you add feeds the same number you see on the main screen, so you don't keep one app for spending and another for investments: it's the same picture.
Frequently asked questions
Does the MSCI World include the UK?
Yes, but as a modest slice. The UK is a developed market and sits in the index, though it's a small fraction next to the United States, which takes the largest share by far. If you want more UK exposure you'd have to add it separately.
What's the difference between MSCI World and MSCI ACWI?
The ACWI (All Country World Index) adds the emerging markets the MSCI World leaves out. If you see both in the catalogue and aren't sure which one you hold, check the product's full name — the difference is right there.
Can I track a MSCI World product that isn't on this list?
In most cases yes: Neto can track practically any fund or ETF with a ticker or an ISIN. If yours isn't here, write to us at hello@netoapp.es.
Disclaimer. Neto is a personal finance app. It reads public prices so you can see your net worth up to date, but it is not a broker, it does not execute orders and it does not provide investment advice. This page is a catalogue of what the app can track; it is not a recommendation to buy or sell. The identifying data (ISIN, ticker, market, currency) comes from Neto's catalogue and can change: always check the product's official documentation.
